Fresh Direct - Terrible service
Almost all of my order was missing except for 3 items.
They resent the missing items and they still got it wrong the second time, missing two items. They offered to apply the credit to my next order as if I'm really going to order again.
They do not fulfill the service they claim to provide. They took two additional days to deliver the replacement order. They billed me twice to replace the order they didn't deliver. I am still awaiting a refund for the double charge.
They offered no compensation for the inconvenience or any incentive to remain a customer. They seem to have no interest in keeping customers and their service is seriously declined. Customer service is also terrible.
They sent me an email stating someone had already spoken to me to resolve the issue but I had no record of any other correspondence, no email or phone call from any employee there. A minimum of 100 words is met now.
