Fresh Direct - Fraudulent use of Account
My elderly father Leo Port, used Fresh Direct for years but on October 16th, 2016, he moved to California. I am his son and have been paying with my credit card for the service since he first started using it.
The Fresh Direct service was always EXCELLENT!! However, I just found a charge of $86.01 posted to my credit card on March 18, 2017 from Fresh DIrect despite the fact that he has not been in NYC since October, 2016. This must represent fraudulent use of the account and my credit card.
Please remove the account and my credit card information immediately!! Steven Port 414 241 **** credit card used ends in ...2462

Dude, call customer service or email them through the website. Not a good idea to post your number and the last four of your credit card.
