Had a package delivered soaking wet; about 2 cups of water inside the box and obviously the box itself barely having shape any more. Called customer service (neither of the above yet) and they said they would credit the damage.
Three days later no credit and when I called Holly she was rude; raised her voice to me and when I spoke with Karim, the Supervisor he supported her and then said that if I place another order he would monitor it and make certain the credit went through. Golly gee you mean spend more money and you will help?! I have been a customer for 15 years and the quality of service has declined.
It's shameful. They only want your money because even if you leave as a customer there are 1,000 more customers after you.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fresh direct delivery service. Fresh Direct needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
